COURSE REGISTRATION

1. Click here to download the (registration form) You can also call us at +34600777182, fax at +34965127167 or e-mail us at admin@mvtc.es or info@mvtc.es to acquire the registration form and the course materials by mail.
2. Fill out the registration form (all registration forms downloaded from our web site can be filled out on your computer), print it out and sign it.
3. Write a brief biography of your background, special interest areas, and your goals for taking the course. We also require a recent ID/Passport photograph of yourself.
4. Mail the signed registration form with your payment (attaching bank transfer receipt and the required materials). Once we receive it, you will receive a welcome pack in which you can find general info about the course and location.
5. The full payment for the tuition for Sessions 1, 2, 3 and 4 must be recieved by 30 days before the beginning of corresponding session. The tuition will increase of 75 € if registering within 1-30 days before the beginning of corresponding session. Therefore its advisable to make the bank transfer 30 days before the class starts to avoid extra- charge.
6. There is only one method of payment, bank transfer. Please its important that you indicate your full name , " Herbal TCVM Course" and what your are paying for (for example, name of session; application fee; final exam, etc). Please send us an email to info@mvtc.es and we will email you back the Chi Institute Bank details for transfers.
