The Chi Institute is a leading education provider of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM).  With a main campus in Reddick, Florida, and courses bases in, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Australia, Costa Rica and South Africa, the Chi Institute of Europe is the European branch that links TCVM practice. Most of Chi graduates are now active and competent TCVM practitioners in the US, Canada, Central and South America, Europe, Australia, Asia and Africa.

In the beginning, the Chi Institute offered only two courses- Mixed Animal Veterinary Acupuncture and Veterinary Herbal Medicine. However, throughout our expansion, our primary mission - to promote TCVM and to foster and support TCVM practitioners - has remained unchanged and can be summarized with the  list of commitments in our mission statement.

Chinese Medicine is based on the Daoist worldview that the body is a microcosm of the larger, surrounding universe.  As such, the cosmic laws and forces that govern the external world also govern the body’s internal environment.  Just as life-energy or “Qi” is an innate force of the universe, it too is a fundamental force of the body, driving its every action and transformation.  Read more...
